Fishing reports
What we're seeing on the water—bay and Gulf. Check back for updates; conditions and seasons change.
Latest
Inshore & nearshore update
Bay fishing has been solid. Redfish on the grass flats and around oyster bars; specks over the grass and near passes. Live shrimp and artificials both working. Flounder showing along the usual structure. In the Gulf, nearshore structure is holding mangrove snapper and the occasional cobia. King and Spanish mackerel have been in the mix when we run that way. Weather's been cooperative—morning runs are comfortable.
Spring transition
Water warming up and fish moving. We're seeing more redfish and trout in the bays; flounder starting to show. Good time for a half-day bay trip or a full day mixing bay and Gulf. Check regulations for red snapper season if you're planning a Gulf run.
A note on reports
Fishing depends on weather, tides, and season. These reports give a general picture; we'll target what's biting the day you're out. For the most current conditions or to book a trip, give us a call or send an email.
